The Teme valley is sandwiched between two areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty – the South Shropshire Hills and the Malvern Hills. The Malverns offer fantastic walking and mountain biking with breath-taking views stretching across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and across to the Black Hills and Brecken Beacons.

Discover the small ancient market town of Tenbury Wells just 6 miles away. The town is excellent for locally sourced food, as well as local beers and ciders and is home to a traditional round market and newly restored 19th Century pump houses.

Worcester Cathedrals history dates back to 680 and is one of Englands most beautiful and fascinating cathedrals. Highlights include the tombs of King John and Prince Arthur, medieval cloisters, ancient crypt and chapter house, and magnificent Victorian stained glass. The ancient archive is home to a large collection of medieval manuscripts.

Fishing on both the Lindridge and Eastham stretches of the Teme is easily organised through the Birmingham Anglers Association. The river is known for barbel, chub, bream, roach & grayling. Day permits are available for the Birmingham Anglers Association by telephone or through a registered BAA agent.
